 Having a passion for helping people from all walks of life and ethnic backgrounds overcome their challenges and reach their full potential.  With over 30 years of corporate leadership experience, Ron has received awards for his dedication to training and development, and for championing diversity by establishing multiple initiatives in corporate, community, and church settings.  He has over 20 years of experience in church ministry as a servant-leader, offering counseling, coaching, and mentoring to restore lives. As a licensed clinical pastoral counselor, executive life coach, and pastor, he is focused on helping individuals through his Summit Services Group ministry.  His mission and goal is to reach individuals globally, helping them rise above life’s setbacks and achieve wholeness in life.
